Nothing happened when I downloaded
The camera or capture device hardware or software may not be fully compatible
with Microsoft PhotoDraw download capabilities. You can choose from several options to
correct the problem:
- Contact your camera or device manufacturer and check for an updated version
of their download software.
- If you selected Easy download, try switching to Your camera
software.
If the first two options don't work, change the device performance from
Enhanced to Normal:
- On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Scanner/Camera
tab.
- Select your scanner, camera, or other device, and then click Modify.
- Under Performance, select Normal.
